Silent stereo is barometer of Leafs' grim situation
/The Toronto Sun relays that Leafs coach Randy Carlyle was well aware of the significance of the lack of music coming from his team's dressing room Monday morning.
“Shocked, depressed, any state you want, when you come in and here’s no music, it’s a tell-tale sign," Carlyle noted. "There’s always a stereo that can blow you out of the building.”
Leafs forward Nazem Kadri offered this on his team's current state after an eight-game skid: “You’re always going to hear stuff in the Canadian market, whether it’s good or bad. You’re loved when you’re winning and ... the love isn’t so much when you’re losing. We understand that everyone deserves better. We want to come out on this next little homestand and prove ourselves.”
