Burrows regains perspective from Children's Hospital visit
/The Vancouver Sun points out that struggling Canucks winger Alex Burrows and his teammates have been to the B.C. Children's Hospital countless times, with each outing proving to be a blessing.
Monday was no different.
“Those are people that are really going through a struggle,” Burrows said Tuesday. “It’s one thing not scoring goals in the NHL, but when you see what some of those kids and what some of those families are going through you see that you have a lucky star above you and it makes you want to come back to work and dig even deeper to get out of your personal struggles.”
John Tortorella, incidentally, indicated a reunion with Burrows and the Sedins on the first line is on the way.
