Dreger: "Detroit's interest remains consistent" in Myers

Darren Dreger was on Vancouver’s TSN 1040 on Tuesday afternoon.

On if he’s hearing anything on Tyler Myers:

“Yeah, that’s always ongoing. Every week there’s something new on Tyler Myers. Frankly, I’ve almost stopped reporting on it because (laughs) you just keep talking, talking, talking - but it never seems to materialize.

"Detroit’s interest remains consistent and Buffalo’s interest in moving him is also consistent, but they want to make sure that they get an appropriate rate of return. I don’t see anything imminent there, but if Myers were traded this week I wouldn’t be surprised either. But Tim Murray does have the luxury of time on his side.”
